I'm going on a trip this weekend but I should be back for Sunday's meeting. If you guys want to start compiling lists of everyone that was interested it'll make filling out the club application a lot easier. I might email Kim Stolfer and talk to him about the student idea he had mentioned at the debate.

So far as compiling the list, I feel like we shouldn't post it here: I certainly wouldn't want somebody posting my name and contact information on a publicly accessible forum. Save the lists for Sunday?

Save the lists for Sunday? Oh I came off wrong, that's what I meant. I just mean that way we have everyone's name/email and we should hopefully be able to submit the whole application. |

Hey, I can't make it but on a side note I have 4 free tickets to the NRA Convention here in Pittsburgh at the end of the month if anyone is interested.

So what happened with the meeting on Sunday? Sorry I wasn't able to make it.
Josh, the tickets were free to me so free to you. I'm not sure when the most convenient time for us to meet will be, next couple days are a little crazy.

So what happened with the meeting on Sunday? Sorry I wasn't able to make it. We just filled in Prof. Reichle on our plan, and he's on board. Austin is finishing up the revisions on the constitution, bi-laws etc. I emailed Kim Stolfer about the range use (I haven't heard back yet). We have to figure out a way to appoint officers and finish the revisions on all the documents and we're good to go. We need to get it done by this weekend so we can submit the form and have it approved before the end of the semester. Josh, the tickets were free to me so free to you. Are we still on for tonight? Can someone bring their laptop so we can submit the application tonight?
Also we can draw lots for officers or vote. I don't care how we divide it up, we just need to do it by tonight to submit the application.

so have we submitted the application? Sorry I've been busy with finals and moving. But I attempted twice to fill out the online applications and submit it that way. It turns out that Pitt's Online SORC was having problems and couldn't receive it that way. So I had them email me a physical paper copy and I've filled out the application that way. I'm going to drop it off sometime this week. And the applications are rolling (even through the summer) so we should hear back in two weeks. |
